Who we are

Rimo : AI Car Mods & Tuning (“the App”) is developed and operated by İlker Yıldırım (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to the App on every platform where it is offered, including the Apple App Store.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the App. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Email address: used to create and secure your account and to contact you about it.
• Name or display name: shown in your profile and, where applicable, to other users.
• Usage data: screens viewed, features used and similar events, so we can understand how the app is used.
• Content you create: posts, comments, generated results and other material you create in the app.
• Purchase history: subscription status and transaction records received from the app stores.
• Device identifiers: an anonymous installation or push-notification identifier.

We do not access any category of data that is not listed above without asking for your permission first, and you can withdraw permissions at any time in your device settings.

How we use information

We use the information described above:

• to provide, maintain and improve the app's features
• to understand how the app is used and to fix problems
• to create and manage your account and keep it secure
• to send notifications you have opted into
• to respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

To run the App we rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf. Each one is bound by its own privacy policy and by contractual obligations to protect your data.

AI features

Some features of the App generate content using artificial-intelligence models provided by the service providers listed above. The text, images or other inputs you submit to these features are sent to the provider to produce the result and are not used by us to train models. Generated content may be inaccurate; please review it before relying on it.

Content you share with others

Content you choose to publish in the App can be seen by other users. Please do not share personal information you would not want to be public. You can report content that violates our Terms of Use and block other users from within the App; we review reports and remove offending content and accounts.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive a transaction record (product, date, status and an anonymous transaction identifier) so that we can unlock what you bought and provide support. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as your account exists or as long as it is needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, accounting or security reasons (for example purchase records), which are kept only for the required period.

Where data is stored

Data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Union. Where data is transferred between regions, we rely on the safeguards offered by our service providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with access restricted to what the App needs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the KVKK in Türkiye and the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Deleting your account and data

The App does not require an account. Any data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. If you have contacted us by email, you can ask us to delete that correspondence at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. For significant changes we will notify you in the App or by email.
