Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and İlker Yıldırım (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Rimo : AI Car Mods & Tuningapplication (“the App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the stricter provision applies to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits it;
• use the App for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App or its services, or access them by automated means;
• resell, rent or sub-license the App or use it to build a competing product.

Your content and community rules

You keep ownership of the content you create and share in the App. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the App and its features. You confirm that you have the rights to share what you upload.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, spam, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy. The App lets you report content and block users; we review reports promptly, remove offending content and may suspend or terminate the accounts responsible.

AI-generated content

Some features generate content using artificial-intelligence models. Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. They are provided for information and entertainment only and are not professional (medical, legal, financial or other) advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content and must not use the AI features to create content that violates these Terms.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Payment is taken by the Apple App Store using the payment method on your store account, and the store’s terms and refund policies apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Refunds are handled by the store in line with its policies.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics and trademarks, belongs to İlker Yıldırım or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or branding.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We try to keep the App available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
